Rumba is a 2 year old love bug with a condition known as cerebellar hypoplasia. His cerebellum did not develop properly as a fetus, so he has come balance problems as a result. This does not have any impact on his sense of fun or his desire for attention. Rumba thinks he is a perfectly normal kitty and he loves to play with other cats or be picked up and carried around.
